Terms & Conditions

1. All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.

2. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

3. Tickets will not be exchanged or refunded unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

4. The event organizer reserves the right to change the program, date, or venue of the event without prior notice.

5. Any resale or attempted resale of the ticket will lead to immediate cancellation of that ticket without a refund or other compensation.

6. Cameras & Outside Food are not allowed at the venue

7. Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited if found the event organizer has the right to restrict entry.

8. Rights of admission reserved.

9.All the IPL matches will be live screened in English commentary.

10.These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organizer.

Entry And Conduct:

1. The event is open to all ages. However, some events may have age restrictions.

2. The event organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed objectionable, disruptive or inappropriate.

3. No illegal substances or items, including weapons, will be allowed into the event venue.

4. No smoking or vaping will be permitted in the venue.

5. Attendees agree to follow all instructions and guidelines given by the event staff, security personnel, and volunteers.

Liability:

1. Attendees enter the event venue at their own risk.

2. The event organizer, venue, and any other associated parties are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to property, including vehicles.

3. Attendees assume all risks and dangers associated with the event before, during, and after the event.

4. Attendees acknowledge that they may be filmed, photographed, or recorded during the event and agree to the use of their image for promotional purposes.

5. The event organizers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings that occur during the event.

Miscellaneous:

1. These terms and conditions may be updated at any time by the event organizer without prior notice.

2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.

3. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration by the rules of the jurisdiction in which the event is held.

4.The event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who violates any of the terms and conditions or behaves inappropriately. The terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

COVID SAFETY GUIDELINES

Owing to the recent conditions surrounding the COVID–19 pandemic, as a pre-condition to gaining access to the venue (events and theatres) you are required to be fully vaccinated and may be required to display your COVID–19 certificate at the venue as per the various norms/regulations prevailing in the said State. Users are required to check the restrictions as applicable in their State The use of masks is mandatory at all times and visitors are required to maintain social distancing norms. The Organizer does not assume any responsibility with regard to any injury or complications due to COVID–19 accrued as a result of your participation. These terms and conditions may vary depending on the state where the event is held and are subject to changes.

Prohibited Items:

The following items are strictly prohibited: weapons, illegal drugs, outside food or beverages, and any other item deemed inappropriate by the event organizers.

Behavior:

All attendees must behave appropriately and respectfully towards other guests and event staff. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in ejection from the event.

Dress Code:

The event has a dress code, and all attendees must adhere to it. Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denied entry. shorts are not allowed

Entry and Re-entry:

Entry to the event is only allowed during designated entry times. Re-entry to the event is not permitted.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the case of cancellation of the event due to weather conditions or due to company decisions. Refunds will not be provided if the event is postponed. Once the refund is initiated it will be processed within 3-4 working days.

We collect both personal and non-personal information. The management will only collect such personal information that is necessary for the functioning of the event.

Club Rooftop Cinema Carnival will process your Personal Information to provide customer service and other services at your request, send you information, including confirmations, invoices, and other communications, as well as communicate with you about promotions and other news about services offered by ACTC Studio.
