Terms & Conditions

  • The Rooftop Cinema Carnival membership allows access to all ticketed RCC screenings across India free of cost till the duration of the membership.
  • The member will have to reserve seats for the screening they wish to attend in advance through the RCC website. Seat Reservation is subject to availability.
  • The Membership includes only entry to the screenings. Food and Beverages or any other items can be purchased separately and are not included in this membership.
  • Member cannot book more than one event happening on the same day.
  • Carrying a valid photo ID is a must for all screenings. Access to the screening will be denied in the absence of a valid photo ID.
  • No refund/cancellation of Membership is possible under any circumstances.
  • Venue rules apply at all screenings.
  • Security procedures including frisking remain the right of the management.
  • RCC reserves the right to amend, change or update the terms of this membership from time to time at its discretion. Member shall be responsible for checking these terms and conditions from time to time and ensuring continued compliance with these terms.
  • A total of 30% of seats of each ticketed event will be reserved for members only. In case all members seats are booked, the member has the option of either purchasing a regular ticket to the event or booking any other event in the future.
  • In case of event cancellation due to any reason, members will be informed in advance about the cancellation and can reserve seats for any other event in the future.
  • The subscription is not bound for an extension in case of force majeure conditions like lockdown, rain, strike, imposition of section 144 by the state etc.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be provided in the case of cancellation of the event due to weather conditions or due to company decisions. Refunds will not be provided if the event is postponed. Once the refund is initiated it will be processed within 3-4 working days.

Our management respects your privacy. All Club Rooftop Cinema Carnival personnel processing Personal Information are obliged to keep such information strictly confidential. We collect both personal and non-personal information. The management will only collect such personal information that is necessary for the functioning of the event.

Club Rooftop Cinema Carnival will process your Personal Information to provide customer service and other services at your request, send you information, including confirmations, invoices, and other communications, as well as communicate with you about promotions and other news about services offered by ACTC Studio.

Club Rooftop Cinema Carnival commits to adhere to the applicable laws and regulations pertaining to the processing of Personal Information, as well as to process Personal Information in compliance with good processing practices.
